When Brigitte was announced as Overwatch’s newest hero in early 2018, I decided to cosplay her for PAX East 2018. I really liked her “Engineer” skin and decided to make a casual version of it with a focus on her weapon, a rocket flail. While many other cosplayers quickly jumped to focus on the flail features of her mace, I wanted to replicate the motions that activate when she activates her rally ability. Eight servos actuate the flaps that open up, and a geared DC motor in the handle powers the spinning motion.
