Commission Types
- I focus on primarily high quality props and accessories built though digital design and 3D printing. Most commissioned projects are completely finished, but depending on budget I can offer raw prints for clients. I’m also happy to provide other services such as custom arduino code and circuity and painting of props for interesting projects.
I am currently open for commissions for props, small accessories or individual armor pieces. I am currently not accepting full costumes are armors due to time and space constraints.

Process
- After the commission inquiry form is submitted, please wait up to 10 days for a response. I will contact with a quote, if I need more information, or I am unable to take the commission. My quote will include a rough idea of materials, basic plans, special effects, and shipping included. After a signed contract is agreed on the project will be added to my calendar and photo updates will be sent at significant milestones or at the request of the client.
Please make sure your project budget falls within the estimate starting budget. Please send serious inquiries only. As I am a sole proprietor, it takes a lot of time out of my schedule to give each commission request the proper attention it needs.
Please plan to submit your commission request well in advance. Finished props and accessories will take a minimum of 1 month (if my schedule is free) and shipping time could take 2 weeks.
Due to the nature of custom work, I cannot accept returns for my items. If something breaks upon receipt, photo evidence must be submitted within 5 days.
Pricing & Policies
- My pricing is based off material costs, hourly printing, and a set hourly rate for my expertise and time. Please be aware to make the most accurate, intricate, and expertly smoothed props takes lots of time. If you’re looking for the lowest cost, I’m probably not the correct maker for you.
Once the terms of the project are decided upon, 50% deposit is required to reserve time and begin project. Should a commission need to be cancelled, 75% of initial deposit shall be refunded within 7 days of commission placement. No refunds will be given after 7 days. The final 50% fee is due prior to shipping.
Pricing Guide:
- Simple Finished Props: $500+ per 12″ length of prop (flat paint, simple geometries)
- Complex Finished Props: Starting at $750+ per 12″ length of prop (lights, special paint finishes, weathering, casting)
- Raw 3D Printed Props and Accessories: $100+ per 12″ length of prop (I do not print other people’s files at this time)
- Custom CAD only: $150+
- Custom Circuity + Arduino: $150+
- Arduino Code Only: $100+
